serves children in grade K-5. FTC offers services for youth in two locations: * Osborne Community After School Program (OCASP) located at 1718 South Douglas St. Lake Worth, Fl
33460. Program capacity is to serve fifty (50) children in grade K-5.

Barton Community Beacon Center (BCBC) is a one stop shop of human and social services at
Barton Elementary located at 1700 Barton Rd. Lake Worth, FL 33460. Program capacity 300 children ages 5-12. Program Hours
Monday to Friday
from 2:00-6:00 Pm. on regular school days Half days: 11:30 am-6:00 Pm. School holidays and summer months from 7:30 am-5:00 Pm

Academic Enrichment (s) Provides youth with
coordinated programs in the areas of homework help, small group tutoring in FCAT in the area of reading, writing, math, and
science for those students with a score of 1 &2, computer skills, community service, job
shadowing, college preparation classes, and career exploration.
Healthy Lifestyles Focuses on positive decision-making,
fitness, nutrition, body images/awareness, personal safety in small and large group settings, kids learn how to stay
active, cook healthy meals and snacks, handle peer pressure, develop a sense of belonging and self-worth.
The Multicultural Arts Program (MAP) Offers a wide array
of visual arts, digital arts, drawing, painting, photography, video production, and performing arts such as Modern
dance, Folklore, Hip Hop, drama, choire and music .Youth involves in a variety of performances
like the City of Lake Worth Christmas Parade, Valentine and Mother's Day Celebration, Multicultural Day Celebration in
partnership with Barton Elementary and other agency partners
Recreational
Activities:After completion of school assignments and small group tutoting, youth have a menu of recreational and
self-improvement activities to choose from such as soccer, flag football, Martial Arts, musical theater, volleyball,
basketball, cooking, arts & crafts, gardening, yoga, photography, animation/broadcasting, computer
literacy, boys and girls club, open computer lab, tennis, video games hour, field trips and other outings which tie in with performance base in the area of attitude, behavior, school
attendance,/performance and home relationship. Youth
Leadership Development
This club target Upper Elementary and middle school youth who excell
in the area of academic, behavior, attitudes and the willingness to become a leader. These youngsters are trained as
Peer Mentors to mentor children ages 3-8. They assist in the classroom in small group enrichment activities and other
program related tasks. They run a Youth Council and meet twice montly to address issues such neighborhood cleanup,
fundraising, community service leaning projects etc.
