application that fits your child's needs. A copy of the monthly Program Calendar will be available for your
viewing as well.
- All returning students must
complete the Returning Student Application.
- All new students must complete the New Student Application.
- A $25.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee must be paid in order to secure a place
for your child.
- All applications must be completed fully. Faxing an application
does not constitute acceptance.
