Our goals Provide quality and affordable services to the children and community residents that foster social, emotional growth, and cognitive development. Provide educational programs and services that will enhance and reinforce skills needed to be productive in the community. Promote an alternative, safe, positive environment, where mutual dialogue between youth, elected officials and residents can take place. Promote and facilitate the delivery of services that will help in the growth of healthy children. Reduce the number of maltreatment and neglect calls among the families we serve. Promote human relations and cross cultural awareness, self-esteem and mutual respect of ethnic, and cultural diversity within the community. Promote active parent and citizen involvement in youth development and children issues while promoting active participation in local community issues. Promote continuous education for staff/volunteers by providing and encouraging ongoing training.
